After Dark, A Winter Solstice Celebration with 1915 and Anther Spirits
A bespoke culinary experience to honour the Winter Solstice; a mid-winter feast guided by candlelight, ritual and fine dining.
We invite you to celebrate the longest night of the year indulging in a delicious 3-course candle lit dinner at 1915 paired with finely crafted Anther Spirits cocktails.
The Winter Solstice is a wonderful time of year to retreat inside and gather friends together for a sumptuous meal to recognise and feel part of this ancient tradition. Saying goodbye to the dark and hello to the light.
The menu will have killer combinations of earth and fire. Dinner will be crafted by Chef Andy Symeonakis from 1915, inspired by the traditions of Winter Solstice. The gin cocktails to match are designed specifically by Anther Spirits Chief Distiller, Derv McGowan.

$145 ticket includes;
- A fiery Gin cocktail upon arrival
