Afterglow: Yin, Journaling & Reiki Workshop

Held the day after August's full moon in Pisces, Afterglow is an invitation to settle into the present and soften into what the moon has stirred up.

We'll move through slow, supported yin poses, holding each one long enough for the body to release. Journal prompts are woven through the practice, giving you space to reflect as you go rather than saving it all for the end. The afternoon deepens into a guided meditation and savasana, where you'll receive reiki healing as you rest.

To close, each person will receive an intuitive oracle card pull, a personal message to carry forward, before we finish together over tea.

As we ease out of winter and toward spring, this is a chance to exhale the old season, integrate the full moon's energy, and step forward a little lighter ✨

No experience in yoga or journaling is needed.

All equipment provided, please bring only your water and a journal with a pen.

Very limited space to ensure a more cozy and focused environment.
