BECOME A MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AIDER

This course is specifically set up for people not able to attend during business hours, and is well suited to small business operators. Support friends, family members, colleagues and others.

One in five Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year. Mental Health First Aid training will teach you practical skills to support someone with a mental health problem. Make a real difference to people in your community.

This course will be delivered as a Blended online and face to face course. You will need to complete about 5-6 hours of self-directed e-elearning. Then we will have 4-5 hours of instructor-led training.
