Afternoon Claytime at MOA

Event description

At Grounded By Designs, we’re all about taking time to connect and create something beautiful with your hands. Located in the newly renovated warehouse of MOA & co in Carrington, our space is perfect for enjoying a selection of delightful beverages and food while you get creative.

The intention

Spend your afternoon savouring the simple pleasures—sip on your favourite drink, enjoy a delicious grazing platter, and immerse yourself in the world of clay. This is your chance to step away from the daily grind and embrace the joy of creativity.

What to expect

During your Afternoon Claytime, I’ll guide you through a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll have two hours to explore working with clay. I’ll provide all the tools and a generous amount of clay for you to shape and mould your ideas into reality. Whether you’re new to clay or have some experience, you’ll leave with a creation that’s uniquely yours.

Once finished

Once you’re done, you can select up to three pieces to be glazed and fired, turning them into lasting keepsakes. Please allow 4–6 weeks for them to be ready for collection.

If your creations don’t turn out exactly as you’d hoped, no worries—we’ll offer you a $40 credit to use in-store at Grounded By Designs or towards another workshop.

Our aim is to make your time with us enjoyable, rewarding, and filled with creativity, no matter the outcome of your clay pieces.
