Afternoon Claytime Workshop

At Grounded By Designs, we’re all about taking time to connect and create something beautiful with your hands.

Located within MOA & co in Carrington, our studio is the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy a drink, and get creative with clay.

The intention

Spend your afternoon savouring the simple pleasures. Sip your favourite drink, graze on something delicious, and immerse yourself in the quiet joy of making. You’re welcome to BYO your favourite beverage. I’ll also have a selection of non-alcoholic options available for you to enjoy.

What to expect

During your Afternoon Claytime, I’ll guide you through a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll have two hours to explore the process of hand-building with clay. Everything you need will be provided, tools, clay, and space to shape your ideas. Whether you’re a total beginner or have some experience, this is a chance to reconnect with your creativity.

Once finished

At the end of the session, you can choose up to three pieces to be glazed and fired, ready to collect in 4 to 6 weeks. If your pieces don’t turn out quite as you imagined, that’s okay – you’ll receive a $40 credit to use in-store or towards a future workshop.

It’s all about enjoying the experience, no matter the outcome.

Investment: Claytime: $120 each includes non-alcoholic drinks & snacks (gluten-free options available on request), clay experience, and up to 3 pieces glazed and fired or credit to spend in-store at Grounded By Designs or to go towards your next workshop with us.
