Afternoon Nap with Cat

Join us for ‘the Afternoon Nap’ an afternoon dedicated to deep rest and stillness. Sometimes we just need to slow down.

Settle into the cosy space of The Hidden Gardens and allow your body and mind to unwind through the powerful practices of gentle Yoga, Sound Meditation and Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep). This immersive experience is designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system and allow you to deeply rest at the end of the week.

What to expect:

We will begin with a grounding meditation and a few gentle and restorative yoga poses.

A soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes will follow, allowing you to relax into the space.

We will end with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra session (Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a state between waking and sleeping. Practiced lying down in a comfy position, it systematically guides you through body awareness, breath and visualisation).

Space to relax and simply ‘be’ in a calm, supported and safe environment.

We will have a wee homemade treat at the end, just because you deserve it!

What to bring: a blanket and something comfortable for under your head. Wear plenty of warm layers, lying still gets chilly. An eye pillow is lovely if you have one.
Where: The Boilerhouse, The Hidden Gardens
Cost: £20

Perfect for those who are feeling knackered, burnt out or simply in need of some quiet, still time.

Places are limited, so book your place and join us for a relaxing afternoon sound session.
