Afternoon with an Artist: Megan Walch

Join renowned contemporary artist Megan Walch for a special afternoon indulging with some of Hadley’s delicious Victorian sweets in the Howard Hadley Gallery. Dabble with watercolours and pencils, while hearing tips and tricks from Meg.
Artist Q&APaper, watercolours and pencils will be supplied.
You are welcome to bring drawing/ sketch books/ your own watercolour/ pencils etc.
No acrylic paint or oils please.
Dr Megan Walch is one of the finalists in the 2023 Hadley’s Art Prize. She is a Tasmanian Painter who exploits the extreme plastic conditions of painting and drawing media. She exhibits her work and offers creative workshops and consultation.
For an inspirational afternoon, we recommend starting this experience with an insightful guided exhibition tour (no additional cost, from 12:30-1:30pm).
