Seared Aperol Soaked Peach, Prosciutto & Burrata Salad paired with Australian Vodka, Peach Tea, Passionfruit, Lime with Basil Oil Garnish Drops

Grilled Haloumi with Hot Honey, Capers,

Guindillas & Toasted Sourdough paired with Australian White Rum Washed with Chilli Oil, Strawberry Shrub, Lime & Freeze-Dried Strawberry

Zaatar Seasoned Barramundi on a Barley Grain Salad with Toasted Nuts, Cranberries & Goats Cheese paired with Australian Dry Gin, Cranberry, Orange Liqueur, Citrus + Goats Cheese Meringue Foam

Brandy Soaked Savoiardi Biscuits, Coconut & Vanilla Cream with Dusted Cacao paired with Australian Whisky, Black Tea, Blackberry Shrub & Soda
