Please come and celebrate Trans Visibility with us after the march in Newtown organised by Pride In Protest. Continue the demands on stage at the iconic Red Rattler Theatre!

Take to the streets on Trans Day of Visibility, a rally to continue the fight for trans liberation and to end systemic violence against trans people! Demands include:
-Kill the Bill: End Transphobia in Schools Now!
-Right to Self ID: End Birth Certificate Gatekeeping!
-Black Lives Matter: Defund the Police!
-Decriminalise Sex Work: Nationwide decriminalisation Now!
Assembly & speakers from the Newtown Hub at 2pm, after which we will march to Victoria Park.
This rally will take place on the unceded land of the Cadigal people of the Eora Nation. We acknowledge that issues which affect transgender people, disproportionately affect First Nations trans people, Brotherboys and Sistergirls due to the of the ongoing effects of colonisation and racism.
