From sunrise to sunset, join us in our three day celebration with yoga classes and workshops encompassing yoga philosophy, pranayama, movement practices, pelvic health, relationships, body-mind connections, the senses and other topics and concepts through the lens of Patañjali's Yōga Sūtra-s.

Each class takes us through a traditional yoga practice as taught by Agama founder Barb Brian in the tradition of her teacher, TKV Desikachar.

Each 2-hour workshop includes discussion, education and a gentle guided practice.

Each session involves breath, movement and reflection.
