Mark has over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, improving systems and processes in Aged Care,
Health, and Education. He is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the elderly and supporting those who provide
their care.
Michael Goldsworthy:
Michael is a visionary strategist with 37 years of experience advising nearly 6,500 organizations
across human service industries. Renowned for his deep insights, he supports boards and executives in governance,
strategy, and organisational transformation. Michael excels in facilitating workshops, managing projects, and
driving innovation to help organisations adapt, grow, and thrive in evolving markets.
Aaron Goldsworthy:
Aaron, a Senior Consultant with Australian Strategic Services for over 10 years, supports boards in
governance, strategy, and adapting to a customer-driven marketplace. He offers expertise in board reviews, risk
frameworks, and industry trends.
Desmond
McGuirk:
Des is a passionate CEO with over 15 years leading CFS Australasia, delivering impactful Customer and
Patient Experience Solutions across Health, Aged Care, and beyond. Driven by real-world expertise, Des helps
businesses improve operations and outcomes.
Peter Hoppo:
CEO of the Aged Care Industry Association, Peter will be your Master of Ceremonies, making sure the event runs like
