Grab a cuppa, put your feet up and connect with others who truly understand the journey.

Whether you’ve noticed changes in behaviour, want ideas on preventative health activities, have questions about health and wellbeing, or simply want to connect with others, this friendly online gathering offers a safe place to talk and listen.

Hosted by staff member and parent Miriam, alongside Ageing Well subcommittee lead and parent Margot, these informal sessions provide an opportunity to share experiences, raise concerns, exchange advice, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

We may not always have the answers, but together we’ll explore ways to find them.
