The Council on the Ageing NSW is delighted to join Women’s Health NSW for Learn at Lunch to explore ageing, equity and the experiences of older people in our community. Drawing on recent research, advocacy and lived experience engagement, this session will explore some of the key issues shaping ageing in New South Wales for women, including ageism and social connection.

The presentation will also provide an overview of Council on the Ageing NSW’s work and approach to equitable ageing, with a focus on ensuring older people are visible, heard and included in the policies, services and conversations that affect their lives.

If you have any question for Gohar, please bring them along to the training or sending them through to project@whnsw.asn.au prior.
