How does it feel to move with a deep Yes? How does it feel to stand in a clear No? How does your body reveal its coherent truth?
If we have been disinherited from our erotic intelligence, our own internal compass can be difficult to access. Without clear direction from the body, we can lack drive, or can end up overriding our internal truths with concepts and conformity.
However, as we return to the sensitivity of the body and nurture our erotic intelligence, our paths become clearer. We know who we are and what we want. This enables us to move with greater sovereignty and agency in the world.
This Open Floor Embodied Sexuality program aims to bring you into deeper intimacy with your own internal compass, resourcing you with drive, direction and agency.
We commit to creating an inclusive, curious, sex positive environment that honors the experiences each person brings into the room.
Geash Bowler has catalysed 1000s of dancers into authentic expression over the past two decades. She is a certified 5Rhythms® and Open Floor® teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® and Somatic Sex Educator®.
