Agents of Climate Change

Call to action for local young people in Shire of Augusta – Margaret River 10 – 24 years

Have you noticed the impacts of climate change in Margaret River? Do you have ideas to tackle the issues? Or want to meet with like minded people, share ideas and work together?

We would love to invite you to our Agents of Climate Change event at Fair Harvest in Margaret River on 26th November 2023 from 9.30am to 1.00pm.

At this Millennium Kids event, supported by RAC Ignite Leaders, you will explore the climate challenges facing Margaret River, work together to brainstorm solutions, build on the work already done in Margaret River and have a say about the big issues.

You will then have the opportunity to pitch ideas to change makers from the region, and receive mentoring and funding from Millennium Kids to put your ideas into action.

Bring your family, friends and colleagues. We are excited to hear all perspectives, stories and ideas!

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

The event will be facilitated by young people from Millennium Kids and the RAC ignite Leadership Program.
