As a personal chef, Sophia travels to luxury retreat locations nationwide, crafting divine, nourishing dishes that blend creativity with wholesome ingredients. Her enthusiasm for vegetarian and vegan recipes, coupled with her global culinary influences from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, has made her a sought-after name in wellness cuisine.
