Swans Onslow and Imperial BJJ are bringing to you the opportunity to join our new Self Defense and Fitness program. Sessions will improve confidence, resilience, physical and mental health.

By booking in for this session, you will receive a place for all 8 sessions over the term.

Our program will run every Tuesday for 8 weeks from the 30th April from 4:00pm - 4:30pm @ MPC and will require booking only to attend.
