From Curiosity to Calling - Sneha's Yoga Journey
"Seven years ago, I stepped into my first yoga class with no expectations—just a quiet curiosity. What began as a once-a-week practice soon blossomed into a daily ritual of self-discovery and transformation. As I challenged myself through each asana, I found not just physical strength, but a deeper sense of calm, patience, and clarity. Yoga reshaped how I listened, how I responded, and how I lived.
The profound impact it had on my life inspired me to share this gift with others. I pursued formal training through the Yoga Instructor’s Course – Level 1 with Vasudeva Kriya Yoga and VYASA (300 hours), and later completed a 200-hour Diploma in Yoga Teaching with the Australia Yoga Academy.
Today, yoga is no longer just a practice—it’s my breath, my nature, my life."
