Agricultural Resilience - Mount Gambier Workshop
Event description
Contribute Your Lived Experience into Future Proofing the Limestone Coast
This project is jointly funded through Australian Government's Future Drought Fund and the Government of South Australia.
Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast, Limestone Coast Landscape Board and Limestone Coast Local Government Association have partnered to produce a Drought Resilience Plan for the Limestone Coast. The finished plan will play a crucial role in attracting investment and resources for the Limestone Coast.
The Limestone Coast is uniquely placed to respond to drought, not only within our region, but to capitalise on the opportunities that arise from other regions. We need your lived experience and knowledge of the land, region and our communities to make the plan as accurate as possible.
The workshop will be focusing on priority actions for the region. We will be asking what you see as our biggest opportunities and threats?Â
Bring along your ideas and your colleagues for an exciting discussion.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Proudly brought to you by Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast, Limestone Coast Landscape Board, Limestone Coast Local Government Association and WSP.
