The Tara Exchange - an exchange of ideas through courageous conversations

Welcome to the Tara Exchange. 

Each month, we will explore a topic in an intimate group setting with kindness, compassion, and curiosity. The purpose of the evening is to create discourse around issues that are top of mind in a safe community setting. 

This month's topic for discussion is: "AI and Inclusion: a possibility or a pipe-dream". 

I am looking for attendees who want to create a discourse on this topic. If you:

• think AI can and does build bridges for inclusion; 
• are doubtful about AI; or
• think the topic deserves more attention,

The evening will be moderated by Darshana Parekh, a lawyer and inclusion consultant. Darshana has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer and recently graduated with an MBA from the University of Sydney. Darshana has worked as in-house counsel across a range of industries, working with the C-suite to build and strengthen their legal function. Darshana identifies works tirelessly working towards creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for the legal profession. Her efforts include:

1. Publications with Inview Community: Darshana has authored numerous articles for Inview Community, a leading publication for in-house lawyers. Her writings delve into the intricacies of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the legal sector, offering insightful perspectives and practical solutions to foster a more inclusive legal community.
