Dr Nici Sweaney is Australia's most in-demand AI strategist and educator. A scientist, academic and founder, she holds a PhD in data science and nearly two decades of academic and data science experience, which means she understands how AI systems actually work rather than just how to use them.

Nici has delivered more than 200 keynotes on AI, advised governments and government departments, and worked with global organisations including the United Nations, the World Bank and AusAid. She is regularly called on by national media, including the ABC, the Australian Financial Review and Mamamia, whenever AI ethics, equity or adoption is the story.

She was named Australian Female AI Leader of the Year, appeared on the Forbes Women's List 2025, received the Women Changing the World Award, and was listed by Microsoft News as one of the Top 10 Trailblazing Entrepreneurs in AI to Follow.

Nici is the founder of Ai Her Way, which she has built to seven figures on a four-day week using the exact AI system she teaches. She is her own best case study, and her focus is making sure as many women as possible get to build the same way.
