You have opened ChatGPT or Claude, typed something in, got back a paragraph that sounded nothing like you and closed the tab again. Or maybe you are using AI most days but it still feels like a clever shortcut rather than something genuinely lightening your load. Either way, you know you are leaving hours on the table every week and you are tired of hearing everyone talk about the time they are saving while you are still writing every email, caption and proposal from scratch.

This is the day that changes.

In one full day with Amanda Jeffs, Founder and CEO of SHE IS AI and winner of the Trailblazer Award at the 2026 NZ Small Business Awards, you will build an AI assistant that knows your business inside out, sounds like you on your best day and is already doing real work for you before you pack up your laptop.

We will be working in Claude on the day. Every skill and piece of knowledge you build is transferable across AI tools, so whatever you use in your business, you will leave with the foundations to make it work for you.

Who this is for:

Wāhine in business, coaches, consultants and service providers who are brand new to AI, have dabbled without much to show for it, or use it casually and know there is so much more it could be doing. If tech makes your eyes glaze over, you are exactly who we designed this for. No technical background needed and Amanda walks you through every step on your own machine.

How the day unfolds:

We start with ethics and ground rules so you understand what AI is genuinely good at, where it gets things wrong and what should never go into it. From there you will map out your week and sort every task into what stays human, what AI can support and what can be handed over completely.

Then the building begins. You will create your context library, the foundation that teaches AI your business, your voice and your offers, written once and stored in files you own. After lunch you will set up your assistant, learn how to prompt in a way that gets you usable work instead of generic output, and build your first real workflow, whether that is client onboarding, session prep or follow-up content. We close with your human checkpoints and a 30-day plan so this becomes part of how you run your business.

You will leave with:

An AI assistant that sounds like you and understands your business, a clear picture of which hours in your week you can take back, your business voice and offers captured in files you own, one workflow already built and working, and a 30-day plan to make it stick.
