A lot can happen in six months, especially in the world of AI. But amid all the noise, what have we actually learned about AI in the workforce? Join us for this 45-minute online session to find out.

Our first AI Masterclass for People Teams and business leaders focused on why most AI projects were failing to deliver their intended value, how to think about AI transformation, and strategic frameworks to help focus your approach.

Since then, We Are Charlotte has designed and delivered more transformation projects with Australian businesses across the spectrum from smaller fast-moving organisations to large-scale enterprises.

And we’ve learned a lot along the way. In this free 45-minute online session, we’ll cover:

▶️ Where we’re seeing progress with AI, and where we’re not

▶️ Quality control in the AI age, including real examples and tips

▶️ Meaningful skill development of emerging talent

Like our last session, this isn’t a theory class. It’s a practical conversation about what we’ve learnt about AI implementation and how to apply it to your workforce.
