AI and Change Bootcamp

Real practitioners. Real tools. Real results.

About the Bootcamp

You’ve probably dabbled with ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools to help with your work. But what if you could see exactly how other change professionals are using these tools right now to work smarter, move faster, and add more value?

This isn’t another AI theory talk.

It’s a hands-on, half-day workshop for change practitioners who want to sharpen their skills, learn directly from peers, and walk away with practical applications of AI they can start using Monday morning.

We’re bringing together a diverse group of change professionals who will show their real-life use cases of AI across the change lifecycle from change planning to stakeholder analysis, training content, communications, change insights, and more.

Who is this for?

Change Managers, business leaders, consultants, learning and development professionals, organisational development leads, comms specialists, and anyone working in transformation or delivery roles.

If you’re using AI (or thinking about it) to support change in your work, this boot camp is for you.

What You’ll See & Do

You’ll hear three presentations from change practitioners using AI right now. They’ll show:

How they use AI as a digital colleague that provides insights and can challenge your approach
How they created training material in minutes not hours or days
How they used inputs like project artefacts to quickly create change planning material
How AI helped them write stakeholder comms in much shorter timeframes
How they’re speeding up delivery using freely available tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and more

Throughout the session, Greg Taylor will lead a series of interactive group exercises designed to bring the concepts to life and help you apply what you've learned. These practical activities will keep the room buzzing with discussion, encourage you to learn from other practitioners, and consolidate the insights into techniques you can immediately use back in the workplace.

This is hands-on. Bring your laptop. Try the tools. Get messy. Ask questions.

Facilitated work time will help you apply what you’ve just seen with support from the presenters and your peers.

What You’ll Walk Away With

A range of practical AI use cases mapped across the change lifecycle
New shortcuts and workflows to save time and boost impact
Use cases, prompts, and tips you can re-use immediately
A stronger network of peers navigating the same journey

Why We're Doing This

Everyone's experimenting with AI on their own, but we learn faster together.

This bootcamp is about getting out of solo mode, seeing what’s working for others, and getting hands-on with ideas you can take straight back into your projects and organisations.

Facilitators

The session will be co-facilitated by Greg Taylor from Salesforce and Janine Ellison from Rethink Change, who will guide the day, keep things interactive, and make sure the sessions are packed with insights and relevance.
