The Hype Cycle Club is for people in Tauranga who want to actually build with AI—and figure out what works.

This will be a mix of:

• Open discussion (what's useful vs hype)

• The lab: Tools, workflows, agent setup (what's working for you, what you wish existed)

• Optional lightning demos (bring along something if you want to share)

• Time to meet other builders

No slides required. No gatekeeping.
