AI for GTM in SaaS: Show and Tell

Everyone’s talking about AI in go-to-market. Far fewer people are showing what they actually run.

At this session, three SaaS operators open up their AI GTM motion and walk you through it live: the tools, the workflows, the prompts, what’s working and what they’ve abandoned. No vendor pitches, no theory. Just real teams showing real setups, then taking your questions.

What you’ll get
A look inside three working AI GTM motions across prospecting, outbound, marketing, sales and customer success. Practical ideas you can try with your own team the next morning. Honest answers about what didn’t work, what it costs and where the human still matters. Time to compare notes with other SaaS people facing the same questions

Who it’s for
Founders, CEOs and anyone in sales, marketing, growth or customer success at a SaaS company who wants to get beyond experimenting with AI and build it into how they win and keep customers.

Lauren Parsons, Principal AI Engineer at Projectworks, and Serge van Dam.
