🕓 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 The Loft, 146a Lichfield Street, Christchurch

What You’ll Learn
In this 4-hour, non-technical workshop you will:
Clarify AI’s role in nonprofit strategy – where it can help and where it can’t.
Discover simple tools that reduce administrative workload and free staff time.
Learn how to apply AI for fundraising and comms – from donor newsletters to grant writing to social media campaigns.
Explore case studies of how nonprofits in NZ and abroad are using AI to stretch budgets and increase reach.
Why Attend?
Nonprofits face constant pressure to do more with less. AI training in Christchurch can be a game-changer by automating repetitive tasks, helping small teams act big, and enabling smarter decision-making with limited resources.
You don’t need to be “technical” to benefit. This workshop cuts through the jargon, giving you practical, real-world examples you can start applying immediately. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with clear next steps for implementing AI tools inside your own organisation.
How does it work?
Show up with a laptop that con connect to wifi, signed in to a LLM (Large Language Model) like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity. A free account is fine.
This will be an interactive, hands-on workshop. You will copy/paste prompts to get your hands into the tools, and learn by doing. No experience necessary, all levels welcome (even experts will learn a few things!)
