Small business owners wear many hats. Discover how AI can become the teammate that helps you wear them all.

This workshop is suitable for beginners through to intermediate users of AI. It will demonstrate AI using ChatGPT and Claude.

Participants will learn how to use AI to:

- Write tricky emails

- Create social media content

- Create business documents including proposals and quotes

- Analyse Excel data

- Understand Claude Connections and Skills

Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops and be involved in the workshops hand-on activities:

- Write a tricky email in 2 minutes

- Create 10 social media posts

- Start or grow their custom prompt library
