Whether using AI for everyday workflows or developing proprietary models, innovative businesses face rising legal and commercial scrutiny. This one-hour webinar explores how to identify your AI maturity, navigate privacy obligations and reforms, and prevent early design decisions from creating costly liabilities.

What We Will Cover

AI Maturity & Scope: Why governance needs differ between simple internal experiments, customer pilots and autonomous AI agents.
Privacy & Data Provenance: Australian Privacy Principle (APP) obligations, emerging automated-system requirements, and risks relating to training data, prompts, model memory and overseas cloud providers.
Research & Development (R&D) Evidence as an Asset: How experiment logs, data records and architecture notes can support commercial due diligence and AI assurance.
Practical Demonstration: An illustrative case study (ArborIQ) and panel Q&A showing how to identify and assess AI risks.

Who Should Attend

Founders, executives, product leads and technical developers across WA businesses undertaking innovation or R&D—from teams adopting off-the-shelf generative AI to those commercialising bespoke AI systems.
