AI Summit 2026
About the event
The University of Technology Sydney (UTS), in partnership with AMI and ACAM, is proud to host the AI in Marketing Summit on August 26.
Held at the UTS Business School, this exclusive FREE event is carefully designed for executives tasked with marketing for their firms and/or those in marketing working and implementing AI for their firms every day, and intends to bridge the gap between academic research and practical industry application.
This summit is unique in its focus on interactivity. Rather than traditional presentations, we are bringing together leading marketers, academics, and AI practitioners to engage in a dynamic exchange of ideas. Our goal is to identify current trends, navigate the challenges of AI integration, and establish collaborative paths forward to address the evolving landscape of marketing.
Event Format and Objectives
We have structured the summit into two core themed sessions, each designed to foster deep conversation:
The Future of Marketing in an AI World: Exploring macro trends and the latest emerging research.
The Marketing Team of the Future: A critical look at the shifting skill sets required by CMOs and the essential capabilities future marketers must develop.
Each session features brief, focused insights from a panel of experts—including top marketers and academics—followed by extended time for audience discussion and interactive debate. We aim to conclude the day with a clear roadmap of actionable next steps for the industry.
