AI is more than just a technology. It’s a transformative tool that has the potential to elevate the way we work, if we can see beyond AI’s surface definition of Artificial Intelligence. Leveraging the power of your own AI – Adaptive Intelligence.

This collab is designed for anyone who wants to better understand and guide decision-making about the use of AI within your organisation or with your customers. It is suitable for leaders without AI or technical expertise, as well as more technical leaders who want to better understand and influence others.

The AI Leadership Collab explores leading-edge developments within AI, using approachable and easily understood language and examples. It dispels common myths about the evolving technology while exploring the significant opportunities for leaders, teams and communities. The primary focus of the collab is on the leadership skills needed to navigate and guide the successful application of AI across organisations.

The event is designed as an exploration across all five levels* of AI Leadership:

1. AI Foundations – Advanced beyond media headlines and theoretical debates
2. AI Innovation – Consistently experimenting with AI at work
3. AI Strategy – Navigating the limitations and power of AI systems
4. AI Integration – Working with AI integrated into daily workflows
5. AI Leadership – Leading collaborative teams working alongside AI agents

The collaborative format combines structured learnings from our AI Leadership masterclass series with shared insights across the group. Making this event a unique opportunity to explore the leading edge of AI Leadership in Aotearoa — through a Futurist-guided collaboration between next-generation startups and future-focused major organisations.
