Artificial Intelligence is no longer just for big companies or software developers. Today, small business owners can use AI to automate tasks, organise information, improve customer relationships and save valuable time — even with little or no technical experience.

Join Liliana Rubiano, Founder of Tolu Australia in conjunction with the NSW Small Business Commissioner for a practical and inspiring online workshop where you’ll see how AI was used to build a custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a small Australian business.

Through a real-life case study, you’ll discover how a simple idea evolved into a powerful business tool that keeps customer information, sales history, follow-ups and marketing activities in one place — without writing code or hiring a development team.

This session isn’t about becoming an AI expert. It’s about showing everyday business owners what’s possible and giving you the confidence to start your own AI journey.

You’ll leave with practical ideas, recommended AI tools and a clear roadmap to begin using AI to solve real business challenges.

Whether you’re just curious about AI or wondering where to start, this workshop will help you take the first step.
