Beyond her diverse career, Leola has made waves as an entrepreneur and mentor to high school students since 2018. Her drive has also earned her accolades, such as winning the DXC SpringBoard Insurtech Competition.

In 2023, Small Mktg supported the digital marketing strategy for the Barack Obama Tour in Sydney and Melbourne, a career highlight that included the honour of meeting the former president personally.
