Where does AI fit when you have lessons to deliver, a team to support and a business to run?

Join ASSA for an interactive conversation with Nick Bone, Managing Director of SwimTastic in New Zealand, as we explore the opportunities, challenges and realities of bringing AI into a swim school business.

Drawing on Nick’s experiences and practical examples, we’ll work through three stages:

Scoping: Where could AI genuinely make a difference? Identifying the problems worth solving, exploring opportunities and deciding where to focus.

Starting: Turning an idea into action. Taking those first steps, experimenting with possibilities and finding out what works.

Stalling: What happens when things don’t go to plan? Navigating roadblocks, competing priorities and working out what comes next.

Then it’s over to you.

We’ll finish with an interactive, think-tank-style Q&A, opening the conversation to the room. Bring your ideas, questions and challenges as we explore opportunities together, share experiences and consider practical next steps.

Whether you’re just getting curious, already experimenting or wondering why your AI ideas haven’t progressed, this is a chance to learn from another swim school operator and contribute to the conversation.
