AI on Purpose

Most Australian organisations have AI tools. Few have a method for using them in their actual work.

AI on Purpose is a one-day, hands-on program designed for leaders and their teams who are ready to move past the experimentation phase and build genuine AI capability — using challenges from their own organisations, not manufactured examples.

We built this day around the same methodology we run inside major Australian organisations: Tell·Show·Do·Review. You'll hear what AI can actually do today, see it applied to real work, use it on your own challenges in the room, and leave with a clear picture of where your organisation sits and what the next 90 days look like.

Seats are limited. We keep cohorts small deliberately — this is a working session, not a conference.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

Three things, all built during the day — not given to you as a PDF.

• Your prompt library. A collection of AI prompts built from your own work during the afternoon session. Tested in the room. Ready to use Monday morning.

• Your AI adoption stage assessment. Where your organisation sits on the eight-stage AI Adoption Journey, the gaps holding you back, and what the next stage requires. A genuine diagnostic, not a self-assessment questionnaire.

• Your 90-day action plan. Three to five specific, sequenced next steps based on your role, your organisation's current capability, and the opportunities you've identified during the day. Built with guidance. Yours to execute.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

AI on Purpose is designed for leaders and practitioners in people and culture, learning and development, operations, communications, and innovation functions inside mid-to-large Australian organisations. It works equally well for individual contributors, team leads, and senior leaders — and delivers the most value when teams attend together.

No technical background required. You will need access to an AI tool — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or equivalent — to fully participate in the afternoon session.
