Description

Find where AI could make a practical difference in your business

You do not need a big transformation program to benefit from AI.

Often, the best opportunities are hiding in the everyday work that takes too long, creates frustration, relies on manual follow-up or keeps falling back to the business owner.

The AI Opportunity Workshop is a practical four-hour working session for small-business owners and leaders who want to explore AI without the hype, technical jargon or pressure to buy a particular solution.

You will bring a real workflow, process or business challenge from your organisation and work through a structured process to understand what is happening today, where time or value is being lost, and where AI or a better way of working could make a useful difference.

During the workshop, we will:

  • Focus on the business outcomes and challenges that matter most

  • Explore how work currently gets done and where the friction sits

  • Define practical opportunities for improvement

  • Prioritise which opportunity is worth pursuing first

You will leave with:

  • A clearer picture of where AI could genuinely help your business

  • A defined and prioritised opportunity

  • A practical next step, rather than a list of disconnected AI ideas

  • A simple approach you can use to assess other opportunities in your business

Who is it for?

This workshop is designed for small-business owners, founders, general managers, operations leaders and team leaders who want to improve productivity, reduce repetitive work or make their business easier to run and scale.

No technical or AI expertise is required. You do not need to arrive with a fully formed AI idea. Curiosity and knowledge of how your business operates are enough.

The workshop is deliberately limited to 20 participants so there is time for discussion, practical work and individual guidance.

Morning tea and coffee are included.
