Refund policy

1. Scope. This refund policy applies to all fees paid by participants (“Participants”) for the “AI for Good Leadership Executive Workshop” (“Workshop”) delivered by Perth AI Innovators in Western Australia. 2. Cancellation by Participant. a. Cancellations received more than 28 calendar days before the Workshop date: full refund. b. Cancellations received between 14 and 28 calendar days before the Workshop date: 50% refund. c. Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days before the Workshop date: no refund. 3. Cancellation by Organiser If the Organiser cancels the Workshop for any reason, Participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Alternatively, at the Participant’s option, fees may be applied to a future workshop date. 4. Participant No-Show Fees are non-refundable for Participants who fail to attend the Workshop for any reason. 5. Refund Requests All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@perthaiinnovators.com and include the Participant’s name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of a valid request. 6. Method of Refund Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the Participant, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Statutory Rights This policy does not limit any refund, return, or consumer guarantee rights that Participants may have under the Australian Consumer Law or Western Australia’s Fair Trading Act 2010. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and statutory rights, the statutory rights prevail. 8.
