Session 1 - Nov 2: Ranked Isn’t Recommended: How Your Small Business Earns AI’s Recommendation

Ask ChatGPT who to call in your area for what you do. Is your business in the answer? Ranking on Google and being recommended by AI are different jobs. If your details don’t match everywhere, AI hesitates.

You’ll start by building your Business Snapshot: one set of true facts about your business. Kylie then shows you the six places it needs to live, from your Google Business Profile to your socials, so AI can find you and trust what it finds. It’s also the first piece of your Business Brain.

Session 2 - Nov 9: Your AI’s First Day: How to Brief AI So It Actually Knows Your Small Business

You’d never hand a new staff member the keys and say “good luck”. AI shouldn’t start with a blank chat box either. When AI doesn’t know your business, it guesses, and that’s how you end up with generic captions and answers that invent things you don’t offer.

The fix is an induction: a Business Brain that tells AI who your customers are, how you sound and what you do. Building on your Business Snapshot from Ranked Isn’t Recommended, you’ll create your Customer DNA and Brand Voice live, then watch the same prompt run with and without them.
