What exactly is Generative AI? How does it work - and is it something you actually need to know about?

Presented by Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) Business Advisor, Mikala Grosse, this session breaks it all down in plain English. Whether you’re curious, cautious, or just trying to keep up with the conversation, we’ll help you make sense of the tech that everyone’s talking about.

We’ll explore:

What Generative AI is (and what it isn’t)
Common myths and misconceptions
How it’s already being used in business (even if you don’t realise it)
The risks and responsibilities of using AI
What to consider before introducing it to your business or team

By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of how this fast-moving technology fits into the small business landscape - and where it might (or might not) fit for you.
