The overarching theme for the 2025 AIAL National Administrative Law Conference is:
 Perspectives in Administrative Law.

Administrative processes and decisions have the capacity to shape the lives of individuals, organisations and the broader society. This Conference seeks to explore and present various viewpoints in administrative law. It will traverse recent developments in administrative law and judicial and administrative accountability from a variety of perspectives, including those of First Nations’ peoples, individuals, and corporations.”

The Conference will be relevant to government decision-makers; those affected by    decisions, and their advisers; members of review bodies, tribunals and courts; policy   developers; public lawyers; academics; and others with an interest in Australian administrative law.
