AIDN QLD DEFENCE INDUSTRY MICRO-CREDENTIALING PROGRAM
About the Program:
This 4-hour practitioner-level course provides participants with the tools to analyse the Defence market, identify the right decision-makers, and build
compelling pitches. It also explores grant identification and application processes, with practical activities in writing grant-winning proposals. Participants will leave with an improved understanding of their market position, promotional strategies, and funding opportunities.
Course: SME Defence Industry Marketing and Grants
Session 1: Knowing the Market – Ecosystem, clients, profile building.
Session 2: Pitching Your Product or Service – Pitch strategy, elevator messaging.
Session 3: Winning Grants – Finding and winning, essential guide.
Session 4: Promoting Your Company or Product – Promotional mix, objectives, effectiveness.
