Event description
The 2nd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education, originally set to take place in May, will now be held 25-26 September 2025.
This interdisciplinary symposium will bring together academics, researchers and practitioners to explore research generated through calls for papers across the Open Access Publishing Association’s journals on the topic of AI in higher education.
This unique, intimate, participatory event will foster two-way dialogue between participants and presenters to shape research publications while sharing innovative practices for addressing the challenges and opportunities of AI integration in higher education.
Join us for a rich series of keynotes, panels and presentations on artificial intelligence in higher education and follows the successful 2024 AIinHE Conference (see 2024 Conference here).
This symposium will be held virtually on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 September 2025. The schedule is yet to be confirmed but will accommodate UK and APAC time zones.
The event will have four themes focused on AI: Computer Science Education; Ethical Landscapes in L&T; L&T Discoveries; Staff and Student Wellbeing.
