Sacred Harmony: A Journey of Cacao & Yin

Join me for an enchanting weekly series blending the heart-opening power of my ceremonial Spirit Cacao with the deep, restorative practice of Yin Yoga.

Each Saturday, we’ll begin by gathering in circle to share ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart, foster connection, and inspire creativity.

Moving into a soulful Yin Yoga practice designed to nurture inner stillness, release tension, and create space for peace within.

This two-hour journey will allow you to:

✨ Connect deeply with yourself and others in a sacred community space

✨ Open your heart and expand your capacity for love and compassion

✨ Release physical and emotional blockages through gentle Yin postures

✨ Embody the affirmation: Peace within me, peace all around me

Whether you are experienced or new to cacao, yin yoga, or both, this series welcomes you to explore, experience, and transform—cultivating a deeper understanding of yourself, inner peace, and heart-led connection.

Dates: May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st

Investment: $195 for 5 sessions ($175 for Wildfire members)

Time: 2-4pm
