Choose one or two days of RBM Breathwork sessions, with Ailsa Blackwood & Eleanor Mann. Acknowledgement by Dr Noel Nannup OAM, Assisted in Breathwork by Darren Procter, Supported in Breathwork by TSOB trainees, and Nourished by Daisy Bygott Dwyer.

A beautiful intention based breath practice, that uses non-directed, slow, conscious breath, to integrate past material stored in the body, and anchor new energy, toward self freedom, authenticity, & peace.
