Join us for the AIR 2023 Kickoff Event!

Join us for an evening of fun as we kick off Knowbility's Accessibility Internet Rally 2023. This is the 25th Annual AIR event! You can join us in-person or remotely on-line. Light snacks and beverages will be served. Everyone is welcome to attend.

We will announce teams and match them with clients and mentors. We'll provide you with a chance to gather together with your crew and begin the conversation of working together, ask questions, and more. If in person, bring a laptop for the hybrid/breakout room gathering with your entire team.

About AIR 2023

The Accessibility Internet Rally (AIR) is a competition to raise awareness for global web accessibility. This is AIR's 25th anniversary, marking the completion of hundreds of accessible websites, thousands of skilled developers now equipped with accessibility know-how, and an ever-growing network of advocates, designers, creators, and decision-makers working to make the web inclusive to all.

Started by Knowbility in 1998 as a local hackathon in Austin, Texas, the program has evolved into a pioneering teaching and learning event that puts accessibility and digital inclusion front and center — where it belongs.

About Knowbility

Knowbility is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create a more inclusive digital world for people with disabilities. We help make the internet and other technologies accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility, and cognitive or learning disabilities. Our goal is to create a barrier-free world of information technology so that people with disabilities can fully participate in digital spaces.
