Shay

Through a transformational process of inner self-discovery, he has found liberation in taking full ownership of his own journey through life. Sharing his imperfections with the world has helped him break through a mountain of fears, judgments and expectations of others. As a breathwork facilitator, he is dedicated to creating an opportunity for others to realise their full potential.

It’s his life goal to take full responsibility for his life and embrace an authentic lifestyle, full of purpose and meaning. He shares a vision to create a world where we value equality, integrity and respect. A world that is wildly passionate, connected and whole.

Amber

Amber is a Yoga & Meditation teacher as well as a massage therapist who is passionate about holistic health. She has always had a keen interest in the mind-body connection, years of working in the massage and spa industry sparked my interest and thirst for knowledge in holistic health. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, at Wild Heart Yoga Tribe, Hartig Yoga and works 1 on 1 with clients.

Yoga has been a regular practice during a mental and physical health crisis, it cracked her open and into a journey of understanding herself. Yoga has been my home, I arrive at the practice in my best and worst states.

(3) I promise, represent and certify that I am in good health physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally, and fully understand and acknowledge that if I were not in such good health, I would not be permitted to partake in the Breathwork.
