A 50-minute class for those who want to improve their strength and bone density.

Enrol in Wednesday and Friday together: Full Fee $203| Concession $189
Both sessions are held in the 1st Lower Templestowe Scouts Hall (accessed through Living and Learning @ Ajani entrance).
