What happens next?

We will register you for the online course.

You must provide an active email address for us to set up your account, and to receive updates on your training status. Your full name, address, date of birth and phone number must be supplied as well in your registration.

You must apply for a free Unique Student Identifier (USI) number, this can be done at usi.gov.au in order to receive your certificate.

You will then complete your online course. It comprises 4 online tutorials, then 2 open-book assessments.

Once you have completed the online components, we will then make contact with you to set up an appointment on Zoom to complete your practical assessment. This must be done within your own kitchen and you must have access to handwash facilities, kitchen utensils (knives, chopping boards, etc) and raw and ready to eat foods to complete the test.

Once you complete the above tasks as required, we will then complete and sign the Practical Assessment form, then email the copy to you. You must then sign the form where appropriate and upload the file for submission, and within the following days you should receive your nationally accredited certificate.
