I’m overwhelmingly excited to present Freedom Movement Gathering - a Wellness Birthday Extravaganza!

this is an all inclusive event for community.

The Journey:

11am: Yoga with Cat McKay (bring your yoga mat)

12pm: Contact Improv Dance with Tom Hope and Maya Ward

1pm: A chill Ambient House Dj set by Aidan Hayes.

This is the perfect time to grab lunch - My wonderful friends Riley and Marlowe will be catering the event. Food options are vegetable curry or meat curry served with rice, roti and roast vegetable and pearl Couscous salad. $15 a plate.

You can also participate in a creative workshop or have an afternoon siesta (you might need it for what’s to come).

2:30pm: Vocal Activation with mISSkARA

3pm: Birth Dance played by Akira

5pm: Dinnertime! Catered by Riley and Marlowe with the same options as lunch. $15 a plate.

We will have live music to accompany dinner.

6pm: The night will begin with an eclectic Dj set played by mISSkARA, Akira, Marlowe and Rai taking you on a journey through House, Melodic Techno, Psytrance, Bass and DnB.

9pm: Sundari playing delicious bass music and dubstep

10pm: Tolga taking us on a hypnotic melodic techno journey

Come for the wellness, stay for the fat bass! This is gonna be epic!
