Al Matcott Single Launch @ Shotkickers

Al Matcott’s latest single is called ‘Crystal Ball’. He’s launching it with his band on Sunday 18th December at Shotkickers.\

Of it, he says: “I work at a renewable energy company. There was this time when everyone working there was instructed to say “I don’t have a crystal ball” when talking about something that was gonna happen, like Scott Morrison tearing up some climate agreement or something. This song grew out of that. Typically bleak shit about the climate, future etc.If that doesn’t work for you then buckle up because my album is all about it.Crystal Ball has grown since putting the live band together. Now it’s more ominous, more gnarly, louder. Maybe I’ll write something cheerful one day”
